Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and z7bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at z7bd.net. Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use a z7bd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains open:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. z7bd strictly prohibits access to and use of its platform by anyone under 18 years old.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
- You must be the registered owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
- You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on z7bd or any other platform where such exclusion extends to z7bd.
- You must not have had a previous z7bd account permanently closed due to breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
18+ Strictly Enforced: z7bd applies age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to be registered by a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited. z7bd may share information about underage access attempts with relevant authorities.
z7bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Until age verification is completed to z7bd's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held and access to certain platform features may be restricted.
z7bd does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing z7bd is lawful in your location before registering.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on z7bd. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether the accounts are registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your z7bd account credentials, including your username and password. z7bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of your z7bd account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notify z7bd support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
z7bd will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or WhatsApp. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to z7bd support immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification (KYC)
z7bd may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by z7bd, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your z7bd account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact z7bd support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not belong to the registered z7bd account holder — are prohibited and will be reversed. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by z7bd's payments team. Processing times vary by method but z7bd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully satisfied.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a z7bd deposit is considered a material breach of these Terms. z7bd reserves the right to suspend your account, reverse any winnings, and pursue recovery of funds in the event of a chargeback. Section 5
Bonus & Promotional Terms
z7bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season, and other occasions). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless individual promotion terms state otherwise.
Claiming Bonuses
Bonuses must be claimed during the stated promotional period. Players may be required to opt in to a promotion or enter a bonus code at the time of deposit to receive the offer. z7bd reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time prior to a player claiming it.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted). Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards meeting the wagering requirement. Table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (for example, 10% or 0%). The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games does not count towards the requirement.
Bonus Abuse
z7bd operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; staking patterns designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing equal opposing bets on the same outcome); and using automated software to complete wagering requirements. z7bd reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where abuse is detected and to close the player's account permanently.

Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the z7bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z7bd and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false registration information, including false name, age, address, or payment method ownership.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts under any combination of identities, devices, or payment methods.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Match-fixing or insider betting — placing wagers based on knowledge of predetermined or manipulated sporting outcomes.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, as determined by z7bd.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the z7bd platform, its APIs, or its game software.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing z7bd staff or other players via any communication channel.
z7bd reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct without prior notice. During an investigation, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, z7bd may suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and historical bonus winnings, and withhold funds pending further review. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
z7bd may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious transaction patterns, or suspected money laundering.
- A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure under z7bd's Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
- z7bd's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their z7bd account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting z7bd support via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required KYC checks. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. z7bd will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee to a dormant account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any updated identity verification requirements.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your z7bd account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.

Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the z7bd platform, including but not limited to the z7bd brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game assets, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of z7bd or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z7bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any z7bd content without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any z7bd software or content.
- Use the z7bd name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of z7bd's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure, legal action, or both. z7bd actively monitors for unauthorised use of its brand assets and will take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property rights.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7bd's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the z7bd platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
z7bd shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond z7bd's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
- Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or their banking partners).
- Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account where z7bd has fulfilled its reasonable security obligations.
- Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform that may be subject to change without notice, including odds, bonus terms, or game rules.
Nothing in these Terms limits z7bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Platform Availability: z7bd aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, maintenance windows, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical incidents may result in temporary unavailability. z7bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Section 11
Amendments to These Terms
z7bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in z7bd's product offering, feedback from players, or operational requirements. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms will always be displayed at the top of this page.
For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus terms, payment conditions, or account closure procedures — z7bd will provide players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via on-platform notification, email to the registered address, or both. For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the z7bd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
Section 12
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the z7bd platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. z7bd operates its platform with Bangladesh as its primary target market and designs its products, payment integrations, and support services specifically for adult players in Bangladesh.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the z7bd platform or these Terms, you should first contact z7bd's support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. z7bd is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and provide an initial response within 48 hours.
If your complaint cannot be resolved informally through z7bd's support channels within a reasonable period, z7bd's formal complaints procedure may be invoked by submitting a written complaint by email. z7bd will provide a final resolution within 14 days of receiving a formal written complaint, or will provide a written update explaining why a resolution requires additional time.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the z7bd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable bonus-specific and game-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and z7bd with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
